Launch Lab is the daily co-working space for non-tech business owners working on the AI side of their work. The boutique owner writing the email sequence. The contractor wrestling with a bid template. The dispatcher cleaning up last quarter's invoices. The clinic manager building the intake form. Show up at 9 AM Pacific, name what you're working on, then work — alongside other people doing the same. Body doubling for grown-ups.
The walk-around virtual campus is being built on a dedicated subdomain — Work Adventure for the room, Carso's human-agent virtual office stack for the AI helpers in the room. The whole point is to feel like a place — somewhere you walk in, see who's already at their desk, and sit down with the group that's working on something close to what you're working on. Pixels in the shape of a real room.

Heads-down focus time with other small business owners in the room. The kind of presence you get at a co-working space or a cafe with friends. Drop in any time. Stay an hour, stay all day, leave whenever your work's done.
AI helpers in the room.

Hosted workshops in the campus stage.
Once the campus is live, monthly DIY AI School workshops move from Zoom into the campus stage. Show up, take a seat in the room, ask questions in real time. You don't have to wait for the campus to attend — workshops run on Zoom until then.
